Guess what's for dinner?

This is my first try at making sushi, a recipe that was given to me by

a Japanese friend ages ago. Looks good isn't it and not bad for a beginner

like me.



It is easy to prepare and healthy to eat. The rolling of the sushi

needs abit of practice. Can be prepared early and does not make

the kitchen dirty. My husband says it taste good except that the

rice is lacking vinegar. So "gochisosama"
